International Shipping

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?

Typically we send the Order within 5  business days. If any goods were not available at the time of ordering, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, and force majeure.

We carry out delivery by local or international post services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand, because they are paid by the country goods delivery.

SHIPPING FEES

Standard shipping cost – 30€/$ to any country worldwide.

Free delivery for orders over 300$/€

All orders will be processed and shipped after receiving the payment no later than 5 working days.

The shipping cost is 7 Gel.

It is of high importance that you state the correct and precise shipping information.

We will inform you if the delay occurs. Please note that delays may arise during holidays and sale periods.
